RETURNS POLICY
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a store credit.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
To request a return, please email hello@westswimwear.com.au with your name, order number and reason for return. If your request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
Returned items must align with our Refund Policy.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
CAN I EXCHANGE SIZES?
Yes! Return the item under our Returns Policy conditions for a store credit, which can be used to place a new order.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Unfortunately, all sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SWIMWEAR?
At West Swimwear, we are committed to premium-quality fabrics. To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend following these care instructions:
- Rinse immediately after swimming to remove salt, chlorine or sunscreen
- Cold hand wash only
- Line dry/lay flat in the shade to dry
- Do not iron, tumble dry, or bleach
- Avoid rough surfaces to prevent snags in the fabric
HOW DO I ARRANGE A PICKUP ORDER?
We offer a pickup service from our Mount Hawthorn location for Perth orders only. If your order is eligible for pickup, this option will appear at the checkout. Collection details will be provided to you via email once your order is confirmed.
DO ALL SWIMWEAR TOPS HAVE REMOVABLE PADDING?
Yes! All of our swimwear tops come with removable padding, giving you the option for extra support.
