RETURNS

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a store credit.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Store credits do not expire and will reflect the final amount paid per item, after any discounts applied at checkout.

Returned items must be in 100% original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from makeup, fake tan or marks, with the hygiene seal intact in its original packaging.

To request a return, please email hello@westswimwear.com.au with your name, order number and reason for return. If your request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your parcel arrives safely, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item you believe is faulty or an incorrect item than what you ordered, please email us within 10 days at hello@westswimwear.com.au with your name, order number and clear images. If the item is deemed faulty, we’ll issue a free returns label and you may choose a refund, store credit, or replacement. If the fault is not clearly identifiable from the photos provided, you are welcome to return the item to us for a physical inspection. If we confirm the fault upon review, all associated shipping costs and product compensation will be covered.

If you choose a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@westswimwear.com.au.

Please note, we do not accept returns for damage caused by wear and tear or washing.

HYGIENE NOTICE

For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned if worn, washed, or if the hygiene seal has been removed.
